Aki was coming in from NYC and, due to a misreading of the schedule, was arriving an hour and a half later than planned, way past our normal dinner time. Fortunately, we had some leftover lobster salad in the fridge, so Amaya and I put together this pretty little bowl of butter lettuce and lobster salad. We met her at the bus station with dinner in hand, and I got the best husband award of the day.
