We started with our original cookie crepe cake. To make the shaved cookie curls, we used our shaved shortbread as our model. We made a batch of peanut butter cookies for our cookie base. For the filling, we used the custard base from our banana butterfingers pie. The pieces came together in a similar form with a brand new flavor. It was exciting to see how we may create the new with the knowledge base we have. Sampling ourselves only gets old when we forget to do it.
