These are the days you wish you had taken the day off. Stuff does not click. You overthink and undercook, miscalculate and fall short. These are the days that weigh heavily on the creative mind because success seems distant and the flint and steel are just not working. Working through these days is essential. If everything was always roses, we would never discover rose hips. I wish there was a motivational speech that we could eat, read, drink, or watch, which would wash away the off days. While they suck, we need them to build upon. And without them, there is no tension, no stress, no need to dig further.
