This morning we were alerted via Khymos that Heston Blumenthal’s new tome, The Big Fat Duck, will be released this fall. It is in very good company as autumn also sees the release of books by Grant Achatz, Johnny Iuzzini, and Eric Ripert (perhaps with desserts by Michael Laiskonis). It will be a veritable bounty of information and ideas. And it’s only April. Who knows what other gems will appear on the horizon? We love having good things to look forward to!
