We had a bit of leftover Sauza Hornitos which had been infused with fresh curry leaves. If you’ve never tried the combination, curry leaves and tequila are a match made in heaven. Combine that with some fat golden raisins and let it macerate for a couple of days. Voila, you’ve created one of the world’s best condiments ever with almost no effort at all. Recipes just don’t get any better than that.
