The results are in. German potato salad gnocchi are just too tasty. These babies are the result of our continued work exploring new possibilities with potato gnocchi. We incorporated minced bacon, cornichons, and tarragon mustard into a gnocchi base bound with Activa Y-G. They are warm, crispy, creamy, porky, tangy, and satisfying. This afternoon they were the perfect finger food to brighten up a slightly gloomy afternoon.
