We just wanted to mention that we have moved two of our Wednesday classes to Friday evenings to make it a bit easier for people to attend. The Pasta class has been moved to Friday, January 18, at 7 pm, and the Almost Down Home class will now be on January 25, at 7 pm. Cheese remains on Wednesday, January 30, because I can’t think of a better way to end the month.
