Every once in a while, we need to reset our senses. Shut the brain down, and let it just empty and rest. Sometimes, it is a Dr. Seuss book or a Whopper with cheese. Yet, if we are unable to reset our mind and the senses tied to it, new thoughts, assimilations, connections, and contrasts will be difficult to find, unearth, or discover. It does not have to be hard or difficult; it just has to be done.
